• Business card {with an address not a p.o. box}
• License #
• Exact corporate name
• Office phone {not a cell}
• Office fax
• Copy of a contract {Stating the same name as the Business card}
• Copy of Insurance policy

All of the above information is NOT necessary for you to complete the verification but is helpful to our research staff to expedite the search.

After we have received payment, our personnel will perform a search of private, county and state databases to verify the entity you have submitted. Our searches will include:

• County Records
• State Records
• License Verification
• Complaints Filed against License
• Judgments
• Liens - I.R.S, State Tax and others
• Business history

Once we have compiled a complete report, it will be e-mailed to the address you provide on the next page. The report will state our factual findings enabling you to make an informed decision. Depending on the information provided most reports would be completed within 24 to 72 hours.
